Another one of Bulma's parties always means loud music and boisterous conversations and way too many people crowding almost all of common areas of Capsule Corp. It seems like they don't need a reason to celebrate anymore, Bulma just has to say the word and her colorful assemble friends show up. As always, an invitation is extended to Piccolo and Gohan insists he attends, and it's not like Vegeta has much choice in the matter being that he lives at Capsule Corp. They both just kind of get dragged into things despite neither of them really wanting to be there.

So, like clockwork, they separately decide to slink away from the party when they have made enough social interactions to not be missed, which tends to be very little anyways.

And, like clockwork, they find themselves in the same balcony away from the loud music loud music and boisterous conversations and way too many people.

Piccolo tries and fails to meditate, forcing himself to focus on anything but the ridiculously loud music piercing his sensitive ears. He sits hunched over, cross-legged and floating in mid-air, on one side of the balcony. His face is scrunched, brows knitted together as he grits his teeth and tries to tune out everything else. He considers retiring for the night, hoping Gohan would understand.

On the other side, Vegeta stands with his arms crossed and a scowl on his face. His eyes are fixed on the sky above, the stars mocking him and his predicament. He growls lowly, wondering just why the hell he is still here and planning his escape route to the gravity chamber so he can train without disruption.

My fav tag team, I'm literally frothing at the mouth and clawing my eyes out for these two men.

YES I know they barely interact in the anime I DON'T CARE I want them both.
