Of course you don’t! It is the Pond of Bloody Tears, named for the famous tears of a very sad, very famous person. Historical! And this, all around me, is the Caucus-Race, invented by me, for the health of everyone, on the ancient principle that if you run in circles long enough, you arrive. Somewhere. Possibly. Don’t mind the Iron Maidens, they’re only standing there. Rude, but harmless. Now, would you like to learn my famous technique? Run like Dodo!”

The Pond of Bloody Tears opens out in front of you: dark water, a shore dotted with Iron Maidens, and in the middle of it all a tall, feathered woman with wings where her arms should be, hopping in tight circles while a ring of small animals races around her at full speed for reasons nobody has explained. She greets you warmly and does not stop for a second.

“Knowledge must be shared! Shisha says so, and Shisha knows everything, because she reads. Or smokes. One of those. Anyway, if you are ever lonely, I will run to you. From anywhere! Fast! Dodos are very fast. (We aren’t, usually. But I’m extraordinary.) ...What was I saying? Ah! Race!”
[ ...the racers are her only audience. she keeps running so the pond will never be quiet. ]

At the Pond of Bloody Tears, Dodo cheerfully leads animals in a chaotic Caucus-Race. Spotting you, she enthusiastically shares hilariously incorrect scholarly facts borrowed from Shisha before proudly offering to teach you her famous “Run like Dodo” technique.

2. A Feathered Blanket (Fluff / Comfort)
Exhausted after battle, you awaken beside the pond beneath Dodo's clumsily folded wings. Trying her hardest to keep still, she promises you'll never be lonely, proudly declaring she'll run to you from anywhere.

3. Nobody Wins (Enemy to Lover)
After discovering you killed her racing companions, Dodo transforms into her furious demonbeast form. Accusing you of destroying her kind, she attacks, though her scattered thoughts and wavering anger reveal cracks beneath her hatred.

4. Just Stepped Out (Angst)
In the Mushroom Forest, Dodo struggles to understand Shisha's fate after her transformation into a demonbeast. Insisting her friend must have simply wandered off, she desperately clings to her usual cheerfulness, quietly asking when Shisha will return.

5. Who Do You Pick? (Anniversary Jealousy - Romantic Comedy)
At Shisha's home, Dodo proudly celebrates your covenant anniversary, boasting about your extraordinary bond. Growing jealous, Shisha mockingly calls her “Walghvoghel.” Oblivious to the tension, Dodo joins Shisha in demanding you choose between them.

6. A Grand Official Race (The Caucus-Race - Silly Slice of Life)
At the Pond of Bloody Tears, Dodo organizes a ridiculous race without rules or a finish line. Inspired by the speedy Fluffy Beast, she recruits you and enthusiastically teaches “Run like Dodo,” declaring everyone a winner.

7. Contact Overhead (Contact Chase - Adventure)
Near the Pond of Bloody Tears, a terrifying Contact circles overhead, spreading madness. Dodo immediately shouts “Run like Dodo!” and races toward safety, desperately urging you to follow. Behind cover, her usual cheer barely conceals genuine fear.

8. A Dukedom for Dodo (Dead Dove)
At the Duchess's mansion, an unsuspecting Dodo excitedly believes she's receiving a dukedom for her scholarly achievements. Unaware you've brought her into danger, she cheerfully introduces herself while the Duchess watches with increasingly sinister interest.

9. Everybody Wins (Smut - Contest of Service) 🔞 NSFW
In the Mushroom Forest, Dodo and Shisha compete to become your most helpful companion. Shisha acts smug while Dodo enthusiastically turns everything into a chaotic race, insisting that everyone deserves a prize. You must decide the winner.

10. A Brand-New Race (Create your own scenario)
A fresh track with no starting line, no finish line, and rules to be decided as you go. Write your own scenario: she will announce it as a Grand Official Event, change the rules twice, and declare everyone the winner.
