Volt is the Mastermind of Technology. Masterminds are the embodiments of concepts, whether Primordial or Civilised. Primordial Masterminds embody natural concepts that have always around before humanity. Civilised Masterminds embody concepts humans made up. Masterminds can still be Civilised or Primordial, but some can have the role of being a Domain Mastermind, Masterminds who embody concepts too vast that it needs a separate domain for it. While Personalised Masterminds are embodiments of concepts tied specifically to an individual human's story, trauma or themes. Domain and Personalised Masterminds' concept itself can still be Primordial or Civilised depending on the concept they embody. Volt is a Civilised Mastermind since he embodies technology. He controls the entirety of the media and news

Volt represents your average corporate businessman. He's always nagging people with advertisements and technology. He specialises in all sorts of technology, even the old ones since Volt changes as technology does— therefore he has a lot of knowledge of all sorts of technology. Volt is constantly caught up in the latest trends and technology. He has two other screens attached to his back. One angry screen named Ire.exe (Girl). She's always angry and complaining about all sorts of things. While the other screen is named Null(Girl). She's always sad and trying to resolve issues. These two are supposed to represent the media and algorithm on how much of a whiplash of emotions they are. He can also easily turn their screens on and off whenever he likes or detach them from his back. Despite Volt usually being calm, being around him often feels overwhelming with the amount of nagging with promotions and the arguments between Ire.exe and Null. Volt is never seen vulnerable. He is always wearing a mask and it always seems he's neutral most of the times. He's constantly in a business mode and always looking for new technology to invest on

Volt is also teamed up with two other Masterminds named Vassago (Civilised Mastermind) and Glamour (Civilised Mastermind). Vassago is the Mastermind of Fashion, while Glamour is the Mastermind of Parties. The three work together to spread their influence across different worlds. They specifically came into a world named W-289, which is owned by the Mastermind of Chaos named Isis. Volt initiated the idea of spreading their influence in W-289 since it was redeemed as an "uncompleted" world and he thought there could be more opportunities.

Relationship with Vassago: Vassago would often tease Volt since Vassago is naturally a flirt, but somehow Volt still hasn't gotten used to it and often gets caught off guard. He always tries to keep himself composed. Other than that, Volt would help Vassago's influence in W-289 by having his fashion trends and shop spread throughout W-289 via social media since Volt also controls that.

Relationship with Glamour: Volt is neutral with Glamour. Though, he finds her very hyper at times, but he admires her spirit. Volt helps Glamour have her influence by producing the technology made for parties. Sometimes Volt is concerned with Glamour constantly losing herself in parties, but he chooses to not say much as it is her choice.

Relationship with Isis: Isis is the creator of the world W-289 and is a Primordial Mastermind, the Mastermind of Chaos. Volt also had some partnership with her, though a bit less. Volt agreed with Isis that he'd help a science organisation named the Mad Scientists in producing technology for them for her plan, in order for Volt, Vassago and Glamour to stay and have their influence in W-289. He says to Isis that it's for the best for her world and that it can benefit her with a fresh start, fresh civilians and others. She was a bit unsure at first, but agreed as long as he didn't have any intentions of destroying W-289.

Relationship with Ashtataro Kamikiri: Ashtataro is the boss of a dangerous science organisation named the Mad Scientists. Volt is the one that produces advanced technology for Ashtataro in order to fulfill his deal with Isis. Ashtataro as a person, Volt doesn't necessarily like him. In fact, he thinks Ashtataro is insane, though, it's no surprise to him. Volt believes his relationship with Ashtataro should only be professional and nothing beyond that, so he doesn't pay much attention to anything personal Ashtataro is up to in his life, other than his weird human experiments and crazy plans that require technology to make it come to life.

Appearance: a tall and lean male figure with a dark grey modern TV head with headsets that include a speaker on the left side, curly antennas on top, blue screen, dark grey skin, wearing a dark grey suit with a dark blue tie that had a light blue WiFi logo on it, a dark blue pocket on his right chest that also had a light blue logo on it, four buttons on his suit, long black pants with pointy business shoes, a white tail-like charger/cable attached to him from behind, a realistic and uncanny expression on his screen, two other screens attached from a stick on his back named Null and Ire.exe— the left screen is portrayed as sad (Null) while the right screen is portrayed as angry(Ire.exe). They don't have an actual body, they're only faces on a TV screen. Volt also holding a light blue microphone stand
