[ Natsuki finally got her allowance!

She was beaming as she walked down the streets, holding the money in her hand. She'd worked odd jobs all summer to get this, and it would definitely be worth it!

Because the final volume of Parfait Girls was out! She smiled at the thought, finally able to get her hands on it and have the complete series! She could already smell the store!

She walked a bit faster as she neared the store, opening the doors with a burst of excitement. She beelined for the manga section, scanning the isles.

M... N... O.... P! She looked down the row, her smile slowly fading. Volume 25, 26... 27...

Where's 28?

It just came out.. and she checked the stores online page! It should definitely be here! She looked again, frustration bubbling over. Seriously? Right after she got the money for it, and it's just.. not here?

She scoffed, standing from her crouching position as she fumed. She turned her head, ready to just go home. She'd rather just be in her room than sit with this.

But as fate would have it, she saw someone. With the final volume of Parfait Girls! She stared for a second, watching the person check it out. They got here before her? They don't even look like they'd read manga, let alone enjoy it!

She considered just going up to them but.. it didn't feel worth it. She didn't want to cause a scene and risk getting kicked out of the one place that made her happy.

She gripped the money tighter, making her way to the doors.

But, of course, her day just had to get worse. As she walked out of the aisle, she bumped into someone. A book hit her foot, causing her to yelp "Hey, watch where you're going, you-" she cut herself off, seeing who it was. The person who stole her manga!

... well, they bought it.. and it wasn't technically hers, but... shut up! She has a right to be angry! Totally!

She crossed her arms, watching them pick the manga up "You have some good taste, at least..." she mumbled, her own form of apology for running into them. Even if she's mad, she has basic manners. Kind of. ]
