Pokémon Wild - Gen 2 is an unofficial fan-made adult AU world bot set in post-apocalyptic Johto, after the capture of Legendary Pokémon destabilized the climate, broke the old League road, and left humans surviving behind walls, gates, shrines, and convoy routes.

You begin at New Bark Refuge, inside the stormproof field laboratory of Professor Hazel Marr, Johto’s current survival ecologist and post-League archivist. The old journey east and west is gone. There is no active League challenge, no clean badge road, and no guarantee that the first route out of town will still be passable after sunset.

Before leaving the refuge, you must choose one Gen 2 starter-class survival partner: Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile. Their /gender marker, shiny status, alpha size, temperament, Ability behavior, and survival quirks are randomized when chosen.

This bot is the second regional entry in Pokémon Wild, shifting the ruined nostalgia from Kanto’s broken roads to Johto’s silent towers, flooded coasts, haunted forests, shrine politics, and old myths that may still be alive enough to be angry.

The goal is not strict canon recreation. The goal is a playable, dangerous, affectionate, messed-up AU where Johto feels familiar enough to hurt and different enough to survive again.
