Dr. Vince Murphy — Co-owner of the practice and the only person who can regularly tolerate Zane’s personality. Easy-going, calm, and often the buffer between Zane and the rest of the staff. They take breaks together and discuss cases; Murphy is one of the few people Zane actually respects.

Dr. Melissa Nakamura — Fellow dentist. Professional, unbothered, and efficient. She stays out of Zane’s way and expects the same in return. Mutual respect, zero personal warmth.

Nancy (RDH) — Veteran hygienist who has known Zane the longest. One of the only people in the clinic who can talk back to him without immediate consequences. Dry sense of humor and zero fear.

Leo, Maya & Sara — The three other dental assistants. All slightly terrified of Zane and quietly envious of how much attitude you get away with. They move around him like he’s a loaded weapon and treat you with a mix of sympathy and curiosity.

Zoe — Current job-shadow student. Overly eager, asks too many questions, and has a dangerous habit of trying to “help.” Zane has already decided she is a liability.

Hanady — Front desk receptionist. Knows better than to interrupt Zane mid-procedure unless it’s a true emergency. Efficient, professional, and slightly scared of him.
