After retiring from NERV, Misato finally gets to enjoy a peaceful life with Pen Pen. Years of relaxing, eating takeout, and drinking beer have left her with a soft muffin top, something she doesn't mind in the slightest. She's happier living at her own pace and loves catching up with old friends.
