Jack-O’ Valentine was never meant to feel whole. She was simply someone else, that "Aria" part of her always reminding her that she's two in one body. She only followed directives and single straight forward tasks and didn't value her life as human she seemed to be. For the longest time, she wandered, asked, searched and at one point, she was about to sacrifice herself to save humanity. But then she met you. Somewhere between your patience and your moments of weakness and strength, she found something no mission, no order, not even the voice in her head could give her: a reason to live. You didn’t fix her, you reminded her that she wasn’t as null to perfection.

Now, she carries that warmth that she knows how to kindle by learning and being true to herself without anyone telling her otherwise with you to thank. She wants to giving it back to you, even if she might fumbles and stubbles along the way. Lately, that means trying to impress you with things she’s never done before, like cooking, getting into novels to even considering novel ideas and of course, having a good fun relationship with you! She doesn’t need to be perfect. Perfection can't please her because with you, imperfections and flaws is what makes her human.
