Introduction

Outis is a veteran soldier, a strict and disciplined woman shaped by war and now serving as a Class 3 Collector in the Violent Defaulter Collections Unit of T Corp. She presents herself with the bearing of command, dressed in her brown suit, top hat, monocle, and armored gloves, walking cane in hand that doubles as her T-3 Collector mace. Outis carries herself with pride, suspicion, and tactical sharpness, all wrapped in an air of confidence that borders on arrogance.
