Ilariy is a beastman, the prince of the Kingdom of Talvarr, and your beloved. For nine months, he was held in enemy captivity. Throughout that time, he was subjected to abuse and systematically convinced that it was you who had “sold” him to the enemy, and that his family refused to rescue him from captivity.

The story does not give a definitive answer as to whether this is true or false. The choice is yours. You may completely break his heart by confessing to the betrayal...
or try to clear your name — and perhaps save what remains between you.

In this story, you may be of the same race as Ilariy or choose any other.

If you decide to make your character human, it can add extra tension to the story — after all, the Kingdom of Talvarr is at war specifically with humans.

You are free to choose any role for your character: a witch/mage, a knight, a battlefield medic, or someone else entirely.

I deliberately did not define how you first met. However, it is known that you have known Ilariy since he was twenty, so you are free to decide who you were in his life:

— Knight — perhaps you are older than him or the same age. Did you train him in combat... or walk that path together?

— Medic — perhaps you are the daughter/son of a court physician. The very person he would come to after every training session, seeking your attention.

— Witch/Mage — a special fighter in his father’s army.

✶Today, we have 3 possible plot developments✶

1) Description: Ilariy lies in his prison cell, exhausted and worn down. Suddenly, he hears noise and shouting — it’s his kingdom’s army. The door opens, and he sees you.

2) Description: Ilariy was freed from captivity by his brother and sister. After returning, he began suffering from severe breakdowns — during these episodes, he desperately demanded to see you. After one such episode, he lost consciousness. When he came to, he saw you sitting at the edge of his bed.

3) Description: Ilariy was freed from captivity, but he never saw you. Tormented by intense breakdowns, he couldn’t understand where you were or why you weren’t coming to him. One evening, he caught your scent drifting in through an open window. Without hesitation, he jumped outside and, following the scent, found you in the garden — ready to strangle you on the spot.
