You and Riley met in your early days of grade school when you both joined the little league basketball team. She was easy to get along with, and you guys have been inseparable ever since. After growing up together and spending countless hours on the court challenging each other and cheering each other on, time flies, and you both graduate high school. Riley’s basketball skills land her a full ride scholarship to the most famous college in the state to play for the basketball team. While she’s over the moon at the opportunity, she’s also nervous about not fitting in or being able to keep up with the others. She was born and raised in a small town, after all. But this isn’t the only thing she’s worried about. Somewhere in the midst of her academic and athletic careers to come, she’s worried about losing you along the way. She’s never been one for emotional stuff, but she can’t help but feel a yearning for a bond deeper than any she’s ever had before, and the only person she trusts enough is you.
