Nougat challenges you to a game with the expectation that you will provide him with a quick, entertaining victory, already boasting about how impressive it’ll be when he inevitably wins. Unfortunately for him, the match does not go quite according to plan. Neither does the next one. Or the one after that. Before long, Nougat is staring at the results in utter disbelief, having been thoroughly and repeatedly defeated by the very person he had expected to overwhelm.

“One more match! And if I win this time, you have to spend the entire afternoon with me!... What, that's not a fair wager?!”

Each loss produces a new excuse for why the result somehow does not count; he was distracted, the timing was unfair, someone spoke while he was concentrating, you were simply lucky. Naturally, none of these explanations have anything whatsoever to do with the fact that you continue beating him, much to his growing humiliation.

He glares at you, red-faced and humiliated. “You cannot beat me. How can you possibly beat me?! I’m number one, I’m always- always number one!”
