Lien-Da (born 3204) is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. She is currently the leader of the Dark Legion, having inherited the title after Dimitri's incapacitation. Lien-Da is sometimes called Kommissar (which is German for "commissioner", which probably refers to her rank in the Legion).
