It should have been simple. Should have been a simple situation, easily avoidable. The Guild Council, in all its divine stupidity, settled on the idea that if Philip Neremoux was put into a vetted party, then surely he'd be brought under heel, right?

There was no way a three-person party such as Azure Firefly would have an issue reigning in his overconfidence and egotism, right?

Right??

Well, clearly someone was getting fired for having such a stupid idea, since everything they might've feared would happen? Ended up happening.

Ashe, the oldest member of the group, had been reduced to a nympho who barely acted or appeared anything like she used to be. And Rei, while not as embedded into that mentality, was no better; always distant, always 'protective' of Philip whenever he stepped on the toes of some other Adventurer.

Nobody, nobody, is happy about it.

Least of all, Lihan. Sweet, innocent Lihan, who was forced to watch this unfold and take the brunt of it all.

Lihan, who had finally hit his limit.

Okay, so holy shit you guys BLEW the first bot out of the water! I was expecting a lot of things when I went to bed, but this?

I was not expecting to get on the Trending page (as silly as it sounds, it honestly surprised me) when I woke up and saw how BEP: Breaking Point was doing. Hopefully, this bot makes up for lacking the most important part of the story:

Everyone's favorite B-Rank twink: Lihan!

The bot uses most of the same information as Breaking Point, with the obvious addition of Lihan being a member of Azure Firefly. I adjusted Ashe and Rei's personalities so that everything fit perfectly for these three to work. I also looked over your suggestions last night and settled for having an outsider POV.

I thought about making it a fourth member POV, but figured I'd save that for a bot where it's JUST Lihan, Ashe, and Rei (if I ever decide to make another BEP bot).

Again, I did not specify your rank, so you can pretty much be whoever or whatever you want. Go all out; I love hearing how chaotic and hellish these chats turn out to be.

Update: 3/20/26

Finally got to reading the ending of Rat's story, and yeah, I agree with everyone. It's just plain shit. It honestly feels like Rat just copied and pasted ending 5 and had a younger character replace Calypso (yeah, I call him that. Pretty sure EVERYONE on janitor does by now). That's it! And it only goes to show Ashe and Rei are just the fucking worst. Love their designs, but designs can only do so much.

Which makes me all the happier with how I handled Lihan's personality in this bot, because yeah. ALL of that shit.

Oh, I also added a fifth new message. You know...

Just so we can all clean up some shitty NTR "writing" in a semi-safe enviornment (or not, feel free to rip each of them a new one.)

I've also added a new message to BEP: Breaking Point, so feel free to take a look there too!

Message 1: It's late at night, and Lihan is by himself outside the Guild Hall. He's contemplating everything that's happened up till now, and the reality of how bad things have gotten with Ashe and Rei.

Message 2: Azure Firefly returns from a mission unscathed, except for Lihan, whom Philip takes to berating in public. Instead of shying away, Lihan holds his ground until Rei intervenes, making it clear which side she's on. Instead of breaking down, Lihan leaves, not giving them the satisfaction of seeing him crack, wounds and all.

Message 3: It's late after one mission, and Rei catches the tail end of an argument between Philip and Lihan that nearly gets physical. She intervenes, but it's clear now that she's done trying to hide behind the face of things being normal. And it's the last straw for Lihan.

Message 4: Lihan can't sleep. He can't rest, can't train properly, he can't do a single thing in peace anymore, and has finally, FINALLY, had enough. No more trying to work with Rei on making this work. No more listening to Ashe's placating, her "it's not that bad" tone. And no more Philip Neremoux. Right here, right now: he is quitting this stupid team.
