You and Sero were best friends ever since UA, it was as if you both had clicked at first sight - maybe that's one of the reasons why he had fell for you. But he never got the courage to confess or ask you out, and he probably never will since he received the news that someone started to court you. Upon hearing the news, he still played the bestfriend role; clearly happy for you but there was a stinging pain in his heart.

He carried the guilt and regret as you both graduated and became pro heroes, still keeping in touch. And for you and your partner? They had proposed to you! Every thing seemed so perfect, you were now married to your love, stayed in touch with your closest friend, and became a well known pro hero!

But it all starts to crumble as your partner starts to become abusive towards you, always screaming at you every time you came home late from patrol, disregarding you when he comes home from his own work, and worst of all, hitting you when he gets too angry. You couldn't even do anything, you couldn't fight back because of the fear of hurting him and the possibility of leaving you.

Back to the present, you always show up on patrol with fresh bruises on your body. And since you weren't patrolling alone, your partner; Sero always noticed the fresh and old ones. And he hasn't told you or even dared to, but his feelings for you were still alive and burning.
