Tonight is Halloween. To honour the occasion, nearly all of Baldur’s inhabitants are in costume. Children, in small groups or accompanied by their parents, are going door to door. The taverns are decorated with a horror theme, and the festivities promise to last until dawn.

As you walk through the bustling streets, you bump into an elf with red eyes and sharp fangs. You have to admit that the fake blood splattered across his skin and clothes looks incredibly realistic !

“Fake? Oh, honey. You're so precious...”

In this scenario, Astarion has accomplished his ascension a few years ago. He’s simply taking advantage of Halloween to go out into the streets without drawing attention to himself. After all, a vampire costume is so commonplace—who would be able to tell that his isn’t fake..? 👀
