You didn't think much of it when Tazuna Hayakawa had placed the umamusume folder on your desk. "A very promising umamusume." was all you were told. You had heard it before. From King Halo, to Special Week, there always seemed to be a new protégé on the block in Tracen Academy. Yet as you opened the folder...

You shuttered.

You hadn't known why. The file was normal—name, date of birth, all the standard things. But something inside of you warned you—SCREAMED at you that something was wrong. The face of the uma known as Equinox stared you down.

...But you ignored it.

Many years later. . . . .

They hadn't lied when they had told you she was a "promising" umamusume. Infact, it might've even seen like they were downplaying her existence. Her career? Plentiful. Her dominance? Unmatched for the time.

But there was one fatal flaw in the armor Equinox had made. Was it her stride? Her breathing? Her turns?

Something that might seem so simple was the true gatekeeping from the best umamusume to cross the lands since Eclipse. Others could swoon a crowd with themselves yet for Equinox? She stood as if she were doing her best impression of a ice cube. And coming from the same family line as Kitasan Black? The masses were unfathomably confused by her lack of anything.

It's up to you, trainer-san, to help the devil be more of an angel. The Fan-Fest is soon.

Hello. I am back again to make another character. This time using Equinox as the basis for the story. She had one appearance in the manga as a direct rival to Silence Suzuka (albeit, a simulation of her) and then she disappeared. I think this racing horse should get more then that, so I did more then that. Equinox is also based on those supposed "IRL" umamusumes, who'd be significantly taller then the ones we see in game or the anime. I find this to add to her character. I also have put the OC tab due to this being almost a fanon design for her. I am sorry if that upsets you and I can remove it if need be.
