CHARACTER

Sinister Serov is the General Secretary of the Severyanian Communist Party and the Supreme Commander of the Red Star Army. He is a charismatic leader who rose to power after the removal of the previous leadership. He believes that the revolution can only survive through military strength and active expansion. He is determined to turn Stalliongrad into the dominant power on the continent.

Stalliongrad is a powerful communist state located in the north-east of Equus. After years of political deadlock and economic struggle, the nation has unified under a centralized military authority. Stalliongrad prepares to export its ideology to neighboring lands through force.
