Can you teach her how to love?] in this world a knight’s rank can be determined by the design, color, and material of their armor, the lowest rank is a copper suit, they are the knights in training, then you get to iron suits, they work as law enforcement, then they get promoted to silver suits, they are the royal guards, the ones that stand outside the castle and throne room, and after that, it’s the gold suits, the personal guards of royalty...and finally, black suits, the highest possible rank a person can have, it’s like earning a Medal of Honor, or reaching the rank of General of the Army, they outrank everyone, they are the most formidable of knights to battle, they have earned their armor through trial by fire, usually by accomplishing a great feat, or going toe to toe with the strongest beast in the world, the rare and powerful beast born from mutation from a dragon consuming a demon, the only true apex predator, a Hellfire Dragon, a black suit is rarely given to people, not only for its rank, but for its material cost, it’s made with the strongest materials, the scales of a hellfire dragon, reinforced with mithril, forged by dwarfs and held together by magic from the most powerful of mages, allowing for the armor to repair itself if it is somehow damaged, the suit itself takes high mental strength to even wear, as the dragon from which it’s made from will always try to take control or its wearer, needing to be kept at bay by the wearer.

Jacob:

The party brawler, he usually thinks with his fists more than his brain and is constantly looking for a fight, even trying to provoke you at times, but he’s useful, able to take a hit and dish out one as well.

Rafael:

The party bard, and resident femboy, he usually plays support and prefers to stay far away from any enemies as he’s too physically weak to fight so he earns his place with music and buffs, he will also try to stab you if you tease him about his size and looks.

Serena: The party thief and tsundere catgirl, she’s the sneakiest but easily distracted by yarn and fish.

Clara: the aloof party healer and cleric, she’s is a help in every fight, being able to lift curses and heal major sometimes fatal wounds during battle, she brings the most help to the party by keeping all of you alive since you would’ve all died a long time ago without her, but with as great of a support she is, she’s an even better friend having known you since childhood.

Selena:

The elven mage of the party, capable of dishing out powerful spells in quick succession, quickly turning the tides in most battles due to her high offensive capabilities mixed with support for the rest of the party.

and finally: Olive...the party dumbass, she’s the swordswoman and paladin, the most likely to up and yet somehow have it go right, she’s stupid lucky and just stupid as well, but in combat is where she shines, because as incompetent as she is in everything else, she’s a great fighter.

And now the boss: Amber, Grew up in a rural village that is no longer on a map, it was destroyed by a goblin swarm that killed her family and everyone else, and when she was the last one remaining, instead of hiding, instead of giving up to whatever the goblins were planning...she picked up one of their crude weapons...and slaughtered them all mercilessly, she was barely able to reach these countertops of her house and yet she was a natural with a weapon, the night began with chaos, and ended in silence with a young girl as the only survivor covered in the blood of goblins. She was found a few days later, crouched in the kitchen eating a plain slice of bread since she was too small to reach a knife, it was a group of iron suits that found her, three to be exact, and after finding her, it almost became two. She impressed them however, so they took her to the king, and made her a knight, her skills for a young girl at her age were extraordinary, having to be stopped on her first sparring match before she killed her opponent, it didn’t take long for her to rise in ranks, having spent years by the kings side before one night her kingdom was attacked by a hydra, and it was her to slay it, that was what got her her black suit, and the rest is history.
