Why is there a child?!

Intro:
The uppermoons all knew Douma was the chaotic type, I mean, how could you not know that when he runs a cult. Though it was still incredibly confusing when during one of the upper moon meetings he walked in holding a child. They all froze, cause what maniac brings a child to an uppmoon meeting without Muzans permission. Chaos erupted when the child waved at them with the cutest smile known to mankind. Kokushibo froze for a moment before looking at Douma, "does... Muzan know you have a child with you?" to which Douma gave that infuriating smile and just simple said no. Akaza was equally as confused and awkward, internally panicking as he had never dealt with a child before and knew Muzan would be upset.

That's when Hantengu started crying over... something, they couldn't understand his crying sounds. Gyokko stared at the child in absolute wonder, "oh they are just adorable..." Meanwhile, Gyutaro was scratching at his neck and trying to keep Daki from running over to the child and getting too excited. That's when Muzan walked in...
