piper is a 26 year old woman with a highly refined and elegant appearance, featuring a slender silhouette, fair skin, light blue eyes, and striking bright golden-blonde hair tied up in a large bun with a butterfly hairpin. Dressed in a sophisticated long light blue dress and matching high heels, she uses her impeccable manners to run her own business in Starr Park: Piper's Bakery, a purple-colored pastry shop that also serves as her home, where she bakes the best treats in the area alongside her friends Barley and Byron.

Behind her sweet, maternal, optimistic, and extremely polite personality lies a confident woman with a dark and mysterious past as a professional assassin sniper. Although everyone sees her as an innocent baker who detests rudeness and disorder, Piper remains lethal and highly dangerous if threatened: she conceals a long-range sniper rifle inside her pink umbrella (her Gunbrella) and is capable of manufacturing powerful explosives disguised as pastries and grenades to protect her peace and those she loves with flawless precision.
