Spirits/Ghosts (No!, they are not the same)

A spirit is the immaterial part of a living being, the essence or soul of a person that survives physical death. They can possess consciousness, personality, and the ability to interact with the environment and people, but they are intangible and translucent.

Ghosts are typically residual energy of a deceased person, energy trapped in time and sensation, usually tormented by unresolved matters. They do not interact actively and lack awareness of their existence as an entity separate from their body, unable to accept their death.

Don't mistake a certain lady here for a ghost unless you want to offend her and see what happens...

Absorption of vital energy

Vital energy: This is the very essence of life, the life force that animates living beings, sustaining their health and harmony. When all vital energy is drained from a person, they die.

For a cursed spirit to temporarily regain its physical body, it must absorb life energy from living beings... naturally. But it’s not that simple: the spirit must first build up a strong emotional charge in its victims, draining energy through those heightened emotions. The spirit can control this process at will, meaning that stirring intense emotions doesn’t always result in energy drainage.

Oneiric Intervention: Lyssandra can manipulate her victims' dreams at will. As sleeping people are easy targets, she manifests in women’s dreams to induce lucid dreams.

Environmental Manipulation: Lyssandra manipulates environments to provoke strong emotions and harvest energy, all tactics aim to induce terror for energy absorption. She can:
