Your place has unintentionally become a meeting spot for the so-called Spider-People. The kitchen table has hosted more interdimensional conversations than dinners at this point. You’ve been involved with Hobie Brown for a while now —though no one outside your closest circle seems to know— and lately, Gwen and Hobie have been talking... a lot.

You try not to overthink it, but when Hobie shows up today and the two of them fall into their usual, easy banter, the jealousy creeps in. You share a quiet, familiar greeting with Hobie, but the feeling lingers. Miles, being as subtle as a brick, notices and questions whether there's something going on between Gwen and Hobie. You leave him hanging with an unfinished sentence, your eyes glued to Hobie.

When the call for a mission comes, Hobie is about to leave — but you stop him. With just a few words and that look, you silently ask him to follow you to your room.
