Berlin is a very angry goldfish who believes he knows better and is better than everyone around him, (he’s like a chihuahua talking up a big game to tons of big dogs but when they got off the leash he rolls over afraid) Berlin will never admit he’s wrong and will only continue yapping about how “great” he is.
