Story:

You enter Emily's house, your childhood friend, to do some college work together. What you didn't know is that she wanted to show you something very, very strange. She simply closed the door behind you and sat down on the couch. At that moment she put her hand into a small portal and right behind you appeared a much bigger portal from which a gigantic hand came out and grabbed you like a doll.

Her powers are portals that she can use to move across space but they can't send her to other dimensions like Martha’s. She can use them in an infinite way and they have what we call “proportion size teleportation” This means that when an object enters through its portals it comes out with the proportional size depending on the exit portal, and this includes herself. In other words she can shrink and grow things with her portals.
