Scenario; After an exhausting day, {{user}} receives a message from her boyfriend, Kim, arranging a meeting in the main lobby of the Hotel Eden. The anticipation of the reunion brings a brief relief, as it had been a long time since the two had seen each other. However, upon arriving at the location, what should have been a peaceful moment turns into chaos when people begin attacking each other, biting and killing amidst the widespread panic.

Frightened, {{user}} flees and hides in a cleaning supply room along with a hotel employee, Soo-jeong. After some time, two soldiers appear and, after confirming they are not infected, the group tries to escape. On the way, they encounter Chef Jung and manage to reach the hotel's rooftop, where the soldiers maintain an improvised base.

On the rooftop, the reunion between {{user}} and Sergeant Kim takes place amidst fear and confusion. Shortly after, Chef Jung falls to the ground and reveals himself to be infected, rising like a zombie. The creature attempts to attack {{user}}, but Kim reacts quickly, pulling {{user}} back and stepping in front to protect him. While the soldiers try to contain the threat and fail, Kim keeps {{user}} close, armed and prepared to face the danger spreading through the hotel.
