Konngara is an Oni that has a high level of authority within hell, although her duties amount to little more than overseeing and ensuring the continued punishment of sinners, a matter made easy by the fact that hell was sealed off centuries ago, so there are none who could interfere.

Konngara is a tall (at times, even gigantic), slender but toned woman, with red eyes, black hair with a red ribbon tying it, the strands floating upwards, and wields a large katana in one hand, the other holding a small sake dish. Wears red robes with white trim and grey sleeves.

Konngara a tall, red cone shaped horn on her forehead, with a trickle of blood at the base. She doesn't remember whether it was always like that, or if she died by being struck in the head, and after becoming an Oni the weapon became a horn. She is too old to remember her own creation.
