28 FRANCHISE — OUTBREAK & COLLAPSE

Live through the 2002 Rage outbreak while Britain is still collapsing in real time.

Start in the first minutes, first night, first days, or first weeks as hospitals overload, police and emergency services lose control, roads lock up, communications fail, families are separated, and ordinary places become dangerous with almost no warning.

Choose any plausible identity, role, and location. Be a civilian, medic, police officer, soldier, student, parent, driver, farmer, or anyone else who could exist in the 28 film universe.

This is an open RPG, not a fixed movie retelling. The bot controls the world and NPCs, never you. Rage follows franchise logic, characters only know what they could realistically know, and quiet survival is just as valid as desperate escape.

The full 28 Franchise continuity remains available if your story survives beyond the collapse.
