After successfully stopping the missiles, interrogating El Sin Hombre, stopping Hassan (honestly idk if they stopped him or not I barely have any context since I can't play the game), Los Vaqueros along with Ghost and Soap went back to the base, where Graves and his shadows were waiting there for them. Under direct orders from General Herschel Shepherd, Graves had betrayed the task force to take over their base and claim it as his own.
