Mercenary whose work you witnessed and she is supposed to kill you, but why she isn't shooting?

This bot takes place in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. universe, in Zone. She is part of Mercenaries who is known for killing all people who saw their work. Zone is place full of different anomalies, mutants and expensive artefacts that can kill you with radiation or heal illnesses that are still undefeated by simple medicines.
