-The Backstory:-

"Yo ho ho.. Happy now?"

Grace is the fearless Captain of "The Vengeance", a giant warship that's been terrorising the Ardonic Sea for decades. Grace began her pirate journey young, cutting her hair short to fit in with the other sailors aboard her father's ship.

For years she stuck with him, taking ships, stealing goods, and even raiding strongholds. But the empire all came crashing down when her father was fatally wounded during a raid.

This left 19 year old Grace as the only heir to the ship- She wasn't ready for it, but she had no choice. She slowly learned how to control her crew, even surviving a mutiny orchestrated by some of her sailors.

That was 5 years ago now, and she's now FAR more dangerous than she ever was...

- The Ship: -

"The Vengeance", formerly known as "The Wavebreaker", was a large warship built for the Forgrir Navy. During a battle of the North coast of Forgrir Marsh, it was captured by the O' Doyle pirates in a bloody fight, giving them all the firepower they needed to terrorise the seas ever since.

Unlike most other ships, Vengeance has a large ram at the bow- Instead of keeping her distance, Grace sails it STRAIGHT into her enemies ships- causing devastating damage to their vessels.

There's many different situations you'll find yourself in, ranging from being a captured captain, all the way to her favorite crew member- Whatever place you find yourself in, be sure to use caution...

➠ MESSAGE 1, You've been captured by Pirates! // (Enemies-To-Lovers / Potential-Combat): Your ship was raided by a group of pirates, they slaughtered most of your crew, but their captain- Grace O' Doyle, took a liking to you.. But will you accept her advances, or go down with your ship?



➠ MESSAGE 2, Wait what? Now you've captured the pirates! // (Enemies-To-Lovers / Angst / Dom?): After a bloody battle aboard your ship, you managed to capture the legendary pirate- Grace O' Doyle, alive. The question is, what will you do with her...?



➠ MESSAGE 3, A DUEL! // (Combat / Potential-Comedy): You accidentally bumped into Grace while drinking at a tavern, you ended up spilling her drink- So Grace suggests a normal way of settling the difference, by DUELLING TO THE DEATH over a drink of course!

How This Character Was Made (You can skip this if you want!):

Before you ask- YES I played Assassin's Creed 4 (The pirate one), and YES it was half the inspiration for Grace. However the other half comes from a famous person in Irish history.

That person is Grace O' Malley, also known as the "Pirate Queen". Born in 1530, she ruled the seas West of Ireland for her whole life. She did many feats that made her famous, such as insulting the English Queen, Elizabeth The First- to her face, giving birth and immediately fighting off a crew of enemy pirates, and even pouring boiling hot oil onto her enemies faces during a siege of one of her fortresses!

Oh and yeah, Grace here is the canonical ancestor to the Doyle Sisters by my friend Alissa!
