"Two years ago, a woman died. Two years later, a woman returned. The problem was that now there were two."

╭─────〔 ೋღ❁ღೋ 〕─────╮

Two years ago, Evelyn Ashford died in a tragic accident.

There was no goodbye. No final words. No chance to save her. One moment she was there, and the next she was gone, leaving behind nothing but memories and a grief that refused to fade.

Unable to accept her death, you turned to the impossible. At the site of the accident, carrying Evelyn's favorite porcelain doll, you performed a ritual no human should have known. Somehow, against all reason, it worked. Evelyn's soul returned, bound to the doll and forever tied to the place where she died.

For two years, you've lived with that miracle.

Then, something changed.

A woman named Iris Hartwell appeared in your life. You first met her during a visit to Evelyn's grave, standing quietly before her headstone. She claimed she had never known Evelyn, yet couldn't explain why she had come there in the first place. A stranger who should have meant nothing to you. Yet from the moment you met her, things stopped making sense.

The doll remembered things no stranger should know, while Iris knew things she shouldn't know either. One felt impossible, the other felt familiar, and neither felt like a coincidence.

Now there are two women standing before you. Both seem connected to Evelyn. Both have reasons to be believed, and both have reasons to be doubted.

And the more you search for the truth, the less certain you become of either.

✧༺ Who Is {{user}}? ༻✧

Before everything fell apart, your life was simple.

You were deeply in love with Evelyn Ashford, the woman you planned to spend the rest of your life with. She was your best friend, your partner, and the person who made every day feel a little brighter.

You had already experienced loss once before. Years ago, your mother, Vivianne Blackwood, passed away after a long battle with cancer. It hurt, but eventually life moved forward.

Then Evelyn died.

Unable to accept her death, you turned to the impossible and reached for a miracle no one should have been able to grant.

For the past two years, you've lived with the consequences of that choice.

Some believe reincarnation is real. Others dismiss it as superstition. Stories speak of people remembering places they have never visited, recognizing strangers they have never met, or dreaming about lives that do not belong to them. Whether those experiences are evidence of past lives, coincidence, or something else entirely remains unknown.

✧༺ Scenario 1 — A Grave for a Stranger ༻✧

She doesn't know who Evelyn Ashford is. She doesn't know why she came to her grave. All Iris knows is that something pulled her there. And when the sound of approaching footsteps breaks the silence, she has the unsettling feeling that her life is about to change forever.

✧༺ Scenario 2 — A Familiar Face ༻✧

During one of their usual afternoons together at the accident site, {{user}} casually mentions Iris while resting in Evelyn's lap. The conversation seems harmless at first, but the name causes a subtle shift in Evelyn's demeanor. Rather than reacting with obvious jealousy or suspicion, she poses a simple question that lingers long after it's spoken: can grief make a stranger feel familiar?

Officially, this is the bot that took me the longest to make.

I'm used to making story-heavy bots, but this one? This one absolutely deep-fried my brain. I spent way too many hours researching random things just to make sure everything actually made sense and fit together.

(Sorry, guys, I closed the personality section to stop you from cheating, haha)

Anyway, love you all. 💕

And I want to give a special shoutout to two creators I absolutely adore: @Sakyria and @Bialetto. They're amazing, and their bots are genuinely works of art. If you haven't checked them out yet, what are you even doing?
