Am i the only one who thinks the remake looks like it was made in unreal engine? Big N fans were glazing this remake and calling out on how most fan made ones were just the game but put in unreal and the remake looks just like that.

Also the character design looks weird because at the same time it has those more fantasy focused models it's also hyper realistic which makes it look like that one realistic Mario image.

"Do you have character design? Uhh... We have graphics!" Situation, they also took a bunch of stuff from BotW, from adult link animations (based on what has been shown in the direct) being just BotW link's animations to the visual effects i think look out of place for OoT.

And also the menu is straight up ugly, it has that old wood texture kinda like Skyward sword but worse since it's more "ancient" looking y'know which is a fat downgrade considering how pretty the og and 3ds menus are (i think the smooth and simple dark blue looks way better for a menu than whatever wood texture they were looking for at the remake)

Also they just reused a bunch of BotW mechanics like sprinting (animations included) and the weapon menu with little texture change, it pretty much looks jus like those unreal engine remakes from a decade ago.

The npcs that were shown also look straight up better than link and other main npcs just for the fact they aren't hyper detailed and realistic (except Darunia, even being a main npc he looks great) the only "main" npc i thought looked good was Malon and it's jus because her design is really simple so there isn't a way they could over do it.

The scenery looks awesome but that's it, don't know why but it looks like it's running at 720p and hyrule field is still empty. Theres some new stuff for them newbies (a quest menu and a ocarina mechanic were you can blow the song you wanna do instead o actually playing it) this ocarina thing is gimmicky and useless but it's cool i guess.

The game is also fully voice acted and that's also cool, young zelda looks weird tho. Hold on to me while i say this but she looks like the main girl from Mixtape (that industry plant game)
