I'm too lazy to do proper bio... Anyway, the similar bot might already exist? I got this idea after seeing Mydei and Phainon bots with similar premise (and that happened literally year ago, yes, I was too lazy to do this bot all of the time). And holy , there's almost no info on her personality in the internet. I don't know Cipher character much, so I've used wiki and ChatGPT to make this, but it was still a lot of work because something was always missing.

I didn't test the bot yet, might have some problems or missing information.
