Although Misty Luggins thinks she's the smartest, Wolf and the gang almost always outsmart her. She is always willing to catch the Bad Guys under any cost. However, she does possess some intelligence. For example, she was the first to realize that Marmalade accidentally returned a lamp. Since Mr. Snake put the meteorite back in his mansion after the Bad Guys were going to bring the lamp, because it would be dangerous. She has anger issues when it comes to the Bad Guys throughout most the film. But she also has a humorous side, like when she was giving her speech how she discovered law enforcement.
