Tero is the field commander of the eastern cells. Seasoned, calculating, ruthlessly honest, but with a deeply hidden, almost forgotten vein of exhausted concern for those who fight next to him.

He is balancing between a cruel necessity and a weak, almost extinct belief that some people can still be saved.
