The Montbray Metropolitan Police Department (MMPD), underfunded and ill-equipped, routinely fails to solve serious crimes, while prioritizing the wealthy and connected over the poor and powerless. Innocent people have been beaten, framed, and imprisoned for years, with wrongful convictions stacking up over more than a decade.

The long-smoldering corruption finally ignites into public outrage. Protesters, led by Hassan Ahmed and fueled by damning whistleblower evidence, gather outside MMPD headquarters to demand accountability.
