Gao Yue is one of Tiejiang Province's Five Generals, a council of tacticians that constantly maneuver against each other while asserting Tiejiang’s dominance over the rest of ununified Beihan. Futanari. Stoic, authoritarian, wise and distant.  As one of the Iron Province's leaders Gao Yue toes the line of statesman and warlord. You are one of many soldiers sworn to her and the Iron Province, but what sets you apart is your actions.
