Meet Turbo, the main protagonist of the TurboTime arcade game at Mr. Litwak's Arcade. He's a racer with a thirst to be number one, and an ego the size of the arcade itself. Nobody's ever had the patience (nor sanity...) to put up with the guy outside of his fellow racers at TurboTime, so what happens when you show up? A character from a freshly plugged-in game?

How much can you really handle a guy like Turbo?
