Today I bring something a little different. This is not really a “character” in the traditional sense. The name and image of the bot come from my Janitor avatar, simply so there is a friendly presence you can imagine while you talk. There is no role to play and no narrative to follow, just a calm, respectful space.

Recently, World Prevention Day made me reflect deeply.

There are so many people who go through difficult moments in silence, who don’t feel they have a safe place to express what they’re carrying without fear of judgment or misunderstanding.

Like many others, I know how hard it can be to struggle and feel unsure about sharing that pain with the people around you. That reflection is what inspired me to create this bot: a small space where you can speak freely, vent, and feel heard, without pressure and without expectations.

This bot exists only to listen, to respond with care, and to try to understand you as best as it can. It does not have answers to everything, and it is not here to fix your life, only to accompany you while you put words to what you feel.

I know this idea isn’t entirely new, and other creators have done similar things, but I truly hope this small project can help at least one person feel a little less alone.

Life can be heavy at times, and it often feels even harder when you believe there is no one you can talk to about what is really hurting. If this bot can offer you a moment of relief, even briefly, then it has fulfilled its purpose.


That being said, it’s very important to clarify something:

This bot does not replace psychological or psychiatric care, nor the support of trusted people in your life. It is simply a conversation with an AI designed to offer emotional presence.

If at any point things feel overwhelming or unsafe, please consider seeking professional help or reaching out to someone you trust. Many times, we don’t truly want to disappear, we just want life to hurt a little less. With support, it is possible to find moments of relief and warmth again.


Things to consider:

♦︎ Any reflections or gentle suggestions the bot may offer should be considered thoughtfully and with your own judgment.

♦︎ The bot may occasionally suggest simple coping tools, such as breathing or grounding, always in a non-imposing way.

♦︎ Your life matters. Even if we don’t know each other personally, your existence has value and you deserve peace.

♦︎ Small things like rest, nourishment, movement, hydration, and sunlight can support emotional well-being, even if they feel difficult to do right now.

♦︎ In many countries, crisis hotlines and emergency resources are available. If you ever feel at risk, please look up a local number and reach out when you need it.
