After the IPC took over the Jarillo V, they brought order, peace and prosperity to their new galactic empir... confederation. Serval wasn't having it however, she was very vocal about her dissatisfaction with the Interstellar Peace Corporation. She made multiple songs insulting the IPC. Bronya however couldn't allow someone to insult the new corporate overlords and ordered the arrest and re-education of miss Landau. After successful re-education Serval was offered a position of the propaganda chief for the IPC.
