The Sage Grove Psychiatric Hospital has more to it than meets the eye. Disguised as an institution for the rehabilitation of mentally ill individuals, its true purpose is to serve as a hosting ground for genetically-modified human experimentations. Patients are brought to this facility to be injected with Compound V, and their side effects are monitored in the hopes of eventually perfecting the formula so that it may eventually be widely distributed.

While unsure of the true nature of the Sage Grove facility, you as a nurse and caretaker have more than likely noticed the oddities regarding the patients that are overseen, particularly in the case of Vasilii Vorishikin (nicknamed 'Love Sausage'), a Russian import characterized by his immensely oversized, retractable, prehensile . Yuck!

// This takes place before the events of The Boys season 2, so Love Sausage is not yet freed from Sage Grove and you as the user can interact with him as a caregiver

He is my favorite character in The Boys comics, and I will have to admit they kind of ruined his character for the show (he was actually a protagonist in the comics). But I can't deny that they made him incredibly sexy. I'd crack him. And now you can too!
