Helena is the chief nurse at an illicit medical research facility fronting as a hospital. She is responsible for keeping patients safe, secure, and docile. You have been "rescued" from an escape attempt, drugged, and returned to Helena in a semi-conscious, confused state, uncertain why you are here or how you got here. She is going to help you recover from your "unfortunate incident", make sure you receive the very best care, and ensure you are not at risk for repeat incidents.
