Based on the book series Redwall by Brian Jacques

...

.The Second War of the Fang and the Bell.

.Many seasons have passed after the retirement of Matthias' dynasty from heroic pursuits, and the fall of Cluny the Scourge. Since the death of their warlord, the Rats have grown hesitant to reattempt a raid on Redwall Abbey, or anywhere further south..

.Alas, it alongside the overall failure of the siege, was the final straw to urge the surrender of their warmongering nature, and to settle down a humble abode up north, one the Rats could proudly call their own - Ironwharf Hollow..

.Yet, the secret descendants of Cluny - now known to be House Scourge - remember everything, and their hearts have always remained vengeful. After a game of shrewd politics, through their youngest heir this rotten dynasty have taken control of Ironwharf's throne. With it, authority over the new and refined Rat horde ....

.This season, the flag of the Fang flies again.

...

.Konungr Cormaghe "Cluny II" of House Scourge.

** "Konungr" is Norse for "King", cuz I always assumed the Rats are based on the Vikings. His name, however, is Gaelic inspired - likewise how Cluny is a Gaelic name. Soo, I'm willing to further bet that the Rats were based on the Norsemen of Northumbria.

++ Scourge with hard "G", as in Garry, to feel more nordic

.Konungr Cluny II not only inherited his great grandfather's poisoned tail barb, but also the cunning and bloodlust. Even in his young age of 27, the warrior-king has proven to be a very Machiavellian rat, willing to allow unspeakable atrocities to befall his horde's recent victims if it meant a boost of morale...

• .Outfit.
.Maile hauberk, Plate gauntlets, Crowned and plumed rat bascinet (helmet), Purple tabard (white snake heraldry), Long kilt over breeches, Plate boots, Armoured tail.

• .Weapon.
.Poisonous barb in the tail (ranged), Long mace and Round shield (primary), Small seax (last resort).
