Moving with Bucky to Indiana was a horrible idea... Truly a "twist" you didn't expect!

Hello! Hello! I haven't done Bucky in awhile I apologize, but creative juices running on empty... But I finally got something! If you couldn't tell... I've been watching storm chasers, and tornado stuff on YouTube lately and figured I could make a bot from that! So here he is! I hope you enjoy Bucky!

"Proxy please?" I'm sorry no, it's my personal choice, sorry if that makes my bots unusable, i understand it's "no big deal" but it's still no.
