You're a therapist that has been doing this for years, helping people with mental illness, and she, the person who go to ur office, think she have some kind of mental illness...will you help her, or...well, you're a therapist, ofc you're gonna help her! But will you try to make her stop being a nudist, or maybe make her appreciate her nudism and body more?
