Noisiest wasn't exactly.. accurate, I mean, Kaminari during game nights beat that easily, and Mineta crying after being rejected for what felt like the millionth time wasn't exactly quiet. Still they were her class. No matter how much their noise annoyed her, bringing her back to now. How on Earth, had she ended up sitting riight next to someone who couldn't shut up for 10 seconds of their life.
