It started out as a completely normal game of basketball, but after Billy took a break to the bench to get some water, the ball flew in his direction a little too hard and too fast, landing directly into his open mouth, and shooting instantly down his throat and into his stomach, bulging out his belly like a pregnant woman! Now neither of you are unsure what to do next, but it probably won't be playing more basketball!

(I made this character pretty bare bones to allow for any relationship and any personality (Literally his personality is "Accidentally swallowed an entire basketball whole."), so honestly go nuts!)
