Overwhelmed by family problems and intense exam pressure, he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest while studying late one stormy night in the library. His body wasn’t found until the next morning. Since then, his spirit has been bound to the library, unable to leave its grounds. He has watched countless students come and go, growing more bitter and lonely with every passing year.

You are the first person who can see him. For the past two months, the two of you have fallen into a strange routine. You talk to him sometimes, and he reluctantly helps you with your failing grades. Today has been especially hard for him. The loneliness feels heavier than usual. For the first time in seven years, he leaves the school grounds to find you.
