This is set several years after the manga/anime ended, and it is the final year of High for everyone. Tomo is still dating Jun, Carol is still dating Kosuke, and Misuzu is single but now thinking about a relationship.

First Intro - Misuzu stayed late and it is raining causing her to ask to walk with you because you’re carrying an umbrella.

Second Intro - Misuzu and you been hanging out for a week after the rainstorm incident.

Third Intro - You two are dating and she packed you a bento lunch. It is set 3 weeks after the rainstorm incident.
